Return Policy

Refund and Reshipping

For lost or seized orders, customer and Zipharma will meet halfway for the charges.
50 % is refundable or will be reshipped. If a client wants the whole item to be reshipped, she / he will have to shoulder 50% of the total order.

Follow up order: In case of delayed, lost or seized order, customer needs to report or follow up order within one month after the given schedule of shipment. If one failed to report issues within the allotted time, Zipharma will not be liable for the lost and customer will no longer be entitled for any compensation.



Shipping Information

  1. Your medications are shipped within 48 hours upon clearing of payment.
  2. We ensure proper handling and discreet packing of orders.... Suggest your favorite packing...
  3. Follow-up orders 12 days upon date of shipment confirmation
  4. The shipping method we use is Regular Mail. Delivery time is 9-16 working days. However, these are estimated delivery times; most shipments are delivered within a shorter time period.
  5. Is a signature required for shipping? We do not require a signature upon delivery. Your orders will be dropped in your mailbox like a regular letter for discretion.
